Chimichanga Porter Style

Filling-

Sautee 2 cloves crushed garlic and small onion until transparent.

Brown 1 pound ground beef w/garlic and onion.

Add 1 tsp crushed red pepper

1/2 tsp cumin

Salt and pepper to taste.

Add 1, 16 Oz. Can refried beans to meat mixture.

Use 12-inch tortilla, add about a half cup of meat mixture. Roll, fold ends and secure with toothpicks. Fry in oil until golden brown.

Service on top of brown or white rice. Top with cheese, sour cream and guacamole.

Makes about 6 chimichangas.
